SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

Please follow this instruction to submit your paper:

1 – Go to http://www.openconf.org/recycle2009

2 – At the field “Authors”, click on “Make a submission”

3 – Fill out all information requested, and click the button “Make submission”.

4 – Record the submission ID number (on the top of the confirmation page). You will receive an e-mail with the ID number of your submission.

5 – Follow the link “Proceed to upload file” to upload your paper in PDF or Word (.doc) format.

6 – You will receive an e-mail confirming the file was received.
